Credit Card Policy
Your credit card will not be charged
until your order has been processed and shipped. An authorization will
be granted at the time your order is placed.
If the address and billing information of the card
holder is verified we will process your order. We reserve the right to
hold and delay shipment of orders being sent to an address other than
the billing address of the cardholder. We also reserve the right to
hold and delay shipment of an order if the billing address and phone
you provide cannot be verified or do not match the information on file
with the card issuing bank.
All online credit card transactions will be processed using the Authorize.net secure gateway.
Authorize.net is a registered trademark of InfoSpace, Inc. All references are for identification purposes only.
Due to security issues, we can only ship to the address on file with your credit card company at the time of purchase.
We MUST have your correct BILL TO address for verification by your
credit card company. This is the address where they send your monthly
statement. If any of the information is incorrect, it will delay your
order or if it is a real time credit card purchase can cause denial. We
will contact you via email if there are any problems. Please understand
that this is an internet credit card processing regulation to insure
online security and is required by all credit card issuers.
If you wish to have your order shipped to an address
other than your Billing Address, the shipping address must be added to
your credit card account so it can be verified:
1) Please contact your credit card issuer at their customer service

statement).
2) Inform the credit card issuer that you would like to add an
authorized alternate shipping address to your account. The information

Availability, order processing, back orders
When you place an order with Brandnamejeans.com, we try
to process orders as soon as they are received. Items ordered that are
in stock will be shipped in 2 business days. At the time we send out
your package you will receive an automated email with your tracking #.
At this time we process your payment if you placed your order with your
credit card.
Items out of stock or back ordered: We try to offer
items currently in stock. However, it is possible that an item ordered
will not be in stock. If this happens, we will notify you via email or
by phone the approximate time we are going to able ship your order or
replace your item with any other style or colors. We regret that it is
not always possible to estimate when out-of-stock items will return to
stock.
Phone orders processing
1.When you place your order by phone you receive an
automated email as an order confirmation. Please check your information
if you notice an error please contact us.
2. We will verify your credit card information such as
name and billing address with your card issuing organization. We
reserve the right to hold and delay shipment of an order if the billing
address and phone you provide cannot be verified or do not match the
information on file with the card issuing bank.

All prices are listed in USD. All payments must be made in USD funds at the current US exchange rate.
Brandnamejeans.com is not responsible for any
difference that may arise between the estimated amount of your order
and the invoiced amount, due to changing currency rates and bank fees.

Shipping Policy
Shipping will be estimated based on the weight of your
items and the shipping options you choose. Average transit time for
FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING is approximately 3-5 business days. We are
offering faster shipping methods also like 3 day, 2 day, and overnight.
Before you submit your order the system will offer you the shipping
options indicated the exact cost you will be charged.

any loss of shipment due to shipping carrier’s mistakes or wrongdoings.

the shipping company to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Return Guide and Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase .We offer a generous, hassle-free, return policy.
Requests for a return or exchange should be made within 3 business days after the receipt of merchandise. No exceptions.

Process your return or exchange:
1. Log-in to your account.
Our user center can be reached on the top of each page click ‘Log In’
2. Click the “View Your Order History” link
3. Click on the order number you want to return/exchange.
4. On the order invoice page click the check box next
to the item you want to return and then click the “Request Return
Authorization” link.
5. On the next page state your reason for return and then click “Submit Request”.
6. We will respond within 3 business days to your request by email.
7. Once approved you will receive an RA number by email.
8. Package the item and write the RA number on the
outside of the box. Packages without RA number will not be accepted and
will be returned back to you.
9. Ship the box back to us at the address provided via
the return authorization e-mail that was sent to you. All items must be
back in our position no later than 3 weeks after the shipping date.
10. For an additional charge we can issue a UPS return
pick up if you prefer. Please indicate in an email if you are shipping
or requesting a pick up.
11. Once the item(s) are received in the same new
condition as when originally shipped, for retail customers we will give
full exchange credit for the original purchase less shipping costs or
you can receive full refund less shipping cost and less 10 % restocking
fee.
In order to process the exchange we will charge the
shipping cost, which will be calculated based customer location, chosen
shipping method, package total weight and value.
For wholesale customers we do not process exchange or refund unless under special circumstances.
12. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your retail exchange.
13. You will be notified by email when any exchange or returns have been processed.

International orders
If you reside outside the USA you have two options to place your order and make payment.
1. Wire Transfer
2 .Credit card payment
Wire Transfer -
a) When you place your order the system will offer you
two choices to make your payment: Secure credit card and offline
payment. Simply choose the offline payment and indicate in your order
form (comment section) that you would like to wire transfer. Then we
will provide you our banking information via email.(Please make sure
you fill out the correct email address and all other information in
order for us to communicate with you about your order) If communication
cannot be completed your order will be cancelled in 5 business days.
Credit Card Payment –
When you place your order the system will offer you two
choices to make your payment: Secure credit card and offline payment.
Simply choose the Secure credit card payment
1.The international orders placed outside the US will
be processed only if shipping address and credit card holder name match
with issuing credit card company.
2. If your credit card information can not be verified
We will verify the authenticity of the card holder by charging some
small amount , for example ($0.45-$0.95) After 3-4 days please verify
the small charge that was made on you credit card and email the exact
amount to info@brandnamejeans.com.
This value should be exactly the same as brandnamejeans.com initially
took from your credit card. If values are matching we will process your
order as soon as possible.
3. We accept only International Orders issued in US dollars.
4. According to your answer we will notify you in email
when we charged the security amount of your credit card so then you can
reply to us with the exact charged amount.
International shipping
International shipping cost depends on the package
total weight and your location.. The customer is responsible for the
shipping cost and every additional cost (custom, duty brokerage fee)
Custom and duty cost need to be paid when you will receive the package
in your local post office.
